Fair use policy: free teacher accounts

The free tier is provided for individual teacher use: authoring and personal preparation of assessment materials. It is not a licence for an organisation, department, or multiple staff members to share in place of a paid school subscription. Exported materials remain the responsibility of the account holder; distributing exported assessments to students outside the platform in place of a paid delivery licence is a breach of fair use.

We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend any account whose usage pattern (storage, export volume, content scale) is inconsistent with individual, non-commercial authoring use, and to require a paid licence where usage indicates institutional or class-delivery use.

Free tier conditions, including the assessment cap and included features, may change at any time.
